Art Studio 137 with Mrs. Blake

I am excited to continue teaching Art at Olive and Prairie View. I graduated from New Prairie and am grateful to now teach where I grew up. I reside in Rolling Prairie with my husband, two cats, and three Australian Cattle Dogs (ACD). I have taught first grade for five years and was also the Digital Integration Specialist (tech guru) for one year in South Bend. I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from IU and Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Purdue.

In addition to being a teacher, I am a professional photographer, instructional designer, web designer, and creator of many other projects. I love volunteering at Sharing Meadows and teaching the villagers art, maybe just as much as they love learning art! When I'm not teaching or designing I love to spend time paddleboarding, playing with my pups, and relaxing on my hammock.
